SameSame’s Youth Engagement Lead, Nkateko ‘Kat’ Baloyi is a Psychology student at The University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Kat is repsonsible for working with the members of our Youth Advisory Panel to make sure that everything we do is informed by LGBTQI+ youth from across South Africa. Kat is an award-winning dancer and has represented South Africa in global competitions. At the moment, they are more focussed on teaching than dancing themselves.
